I debated whether I should post content like this on my website about Ron Paul. Paul supporters (as well as Ron Paul himself) are very anti-Israel, often pro-terrorist organizations and often make excuses for suicide murder (Source: Christopher Hitchens for that terminology). I thought there would be a fair argument not to talk about this issue, so I don’t alienate readers that truly have a problem with Ron Paul.

After much thought I decided that I don’t want readers who are anti-Israel, anti-Zionist or anti-Semitic. Sides need to be taken. I stand on the side of the civilized world. I stand on the side of secular government. I stand on the side of human rights. I stand on the side of science and technology. And I stand on the side of the rational.

Therefore I stand with Israel.
